We built this 9m2 (4.6m x 2.6m) garden office in Billinge, between St. Helens and Wigan. Sutton. It was built on top of a block patio. The interior is clad in OSB on the walls giving it an almost modern industrial feeling. The ceiling is plastered and painted white. The exterior has vertical treated red cedar tongue and groove cladding.
The garden office has black french doors and twin tall slim tilt and turn double glazed windows in black. The floor is covered with a wood look laminate. There are 6 double sockets and an electric radiator. There are external spotlights.
We built this 16 m2 (4.8m x 3.6m) garden office in Little Sutton. It was built on top of a block patio and a decking area was built in front of it. The interior is clad in pine on the walls and ceiling while the exterior is treated tongue and groove cladding.

We built this 15 m2 (5m x 3m) garden building in High Wycombe. It was built on top of a block base. On the owners request it was built out of SIPs – Structurally Insulated Panels. The interior is clad in pine on the walls and ceiling while the exterior is covered with Wayney Edge cladding.
The garden building has a hardwood door and a double glazed window in black PVC. The floor is covered with a wood look laminate. There are 4 double sockets and the building is fully plumbed to allow the owner to use the building as a fully functional utility room complete with washing machine and dryer. Extra ventilation as been provided to allow for the potential build up of water vapour.
We built this 15 m2 (4.8m x 3.2m) garden room in Elton. It was built on top of a flagstone patio. The interior is left exposed without insulation for the moment while the exterior is treated tongue and groove cladding.
